Customer
databases will hold past, current and potential customer
information for UK and world wide, with differing VAT
liability. The system will follow through and audit a
customer enquiry, quotation and sale. Back-order and
Overdue-order and Cancelled-order reporting.
The mailshot
facility enables the selection of selected customer
groups for marketing purposes. Quantity discounts can be
managed for individual and customer groups. Customer
credit account management allows sales to be monitored
against individual credit limits.
